*************

We met up as usual on Friday last July 30th 2021 at the Burton Memorial Hall.  We went down Main Street checking the usual places.  We had at best about ten Swifts in the skies and got the impression some of our birds may have already left to return to Africa.

We did see activity on the Manor House with a bird enterting the large hole on the Gable End at the front bottom side, in fact the one the Starling sometimes takes on.  Also a Swift was seen coming from behind the Manor House, so whether we have missed a nest site we are not sure.

So it looks like this will be our last meet for the year and I will shortly add any late sightings and give a summary to the nest sites we did manage to see Swifts etc.

Tonights observers included:  Angela, Paul and Mary, Matthew, Bryan
